Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your items to us.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all accessories and tags intact.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To make returns easier for you, we will gladly provide you with a return label. We charge a processing fee of €5 for this (Section 357 Paragraph 6 of the German Civil Code), which we will deduct from your refund amount.

Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, the amount will be refunded within 30 days to the payment method used for the order.

We totally understand. Just tell us which samples you're interested in by emailing us at office@sundayinbed.de – and we'll send them to your home.
